Dr. Tonica Robinson is a behavioral health executive, scholar, researcher, and public thought leader whose work centers Black American behavioral health. Her perspective is informed by advanced study in behavioral health, public policy, and health care compliance, along with extensive experience in public behavioral health systems, community-based programs, person-centered care, and implementation.
